Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to provide you to get my free quote?
a. We will need your name and contact details along with the details of your project such as:
i. Type of project (condo, cafe, office etc)
ii. Photos of the areas you want us to design
iii. A floor plan - you can sketch this on a piece of paper and send us a photo of your squiggles, just make sure the measurements are correct
iv. Let us know any specific requirements for the usage of the space, eg do you need to include a reception area, a pantry, etc
Can you provide me with everything I need to pass to my construction team?
a. Yes most of our clients choose the all inclusive packages so that you have everything you need to get construction started ASAP and even start ordering lighting and furniture.
Do you use AI tools for my design?
a. No. We believe that our handmade designs offer much higher quality and attention to detail than AI could ever hope to produce.
Do you offer construction services as well as design?
a. We do in certain locations, please ask our team for details when they discuss your quote with you.
